Because we want your hospital stay to be as comfortable as possible, we believe it should begin with a smooth patient registration process. To register for inpatient admission or outpatient procedures, please go to the following locations according to the services you are seeking.

Inpatient Procedures & Overnight Stays

For inpatient procedures, or any other procedure that will require an overnight stay, you will be admitted at our Admitting Department. It is located at the main entrance of the hospital. Please check in at the front desk and an admitting representative will be called to assist you.

Outpatient Diagnostic Testing/Pre-Admission Testing

Diagnostic Imaging and pre-admission testing patients should report to the Outpatient Admitting counter. Patients can park in the front (South) parking lot, enter the building at the main entrance and walk past the gift shop to the Outpatient Admitting Lobby.

What should you bring?

The information you share with our trained admissions representative becomes part of your medical record and is kept confidential. All patients should remember to bring:

• Social Security Card
• Picture Identification
• All active insurance cards
• Any Advance Directive (Living Will, Power of Attorney)
• Please leave all jewelry and valuables at home if possible
