On Friday, the 14th, I was taken to your emergency room for care and later admitted to your hospital. Without exception, I received excellent care from the time I walked in until the moment I walked out. The emergency room staff was caring and thorough. I had chest pains and shortness of breath and they had me comfortable in a very short period of time. Because of their actions, I had confidence that I was in good hands which helped ease my concern so I could begin healing. Each and every person that entered my room was professional and compassionate…technicians, nurses, charge nurses, case workers, housekeeping, food service, pulmonary specialists, physical therapists and doctors….everyone! Thank you!

I have been a patient at CPRMC twice, once for emergency cholecystectomy and once for endoscopy/colonoscopy. As a retired RN and nurse executive, I know the difference in good care vs. indifferent. I was truly amazed (and pleased) by the quality of care I received in the ER, the OR, and Outpatient Surgery. Please share my appreciation and admiration with the Director of Nursing and each of those departments!
