Cedar Park Physician Associates to Offer Free Sports Physicals Through August 21

Cedar Park, TX – Scheduling a sports physical exam is one of the most important things parents can do to make sure their kids are not only ready for a new school year, but for their wellbeing.
Beginning today, August 3, through August 21, Cedar Park Physician Associates will offer sports physical exams for school-age children at no cost at select locations. Parents are recommended to call Cedar Park Physician Associates - Avery Ranch at (512) 528-7420 or Liberty Hill Physician Associates at (512) 778-5160 to schedule an appointment now as space is limited.

Parents should bring their child’s sports physical form with the health history section completed and signed. For those who don’t have the form, they can obtain one at the clinic.
In addition, students should bring their prescribed eye glasses or contact lenses, and, if applicable, a clearance letter from their doctor for patients with heart problems, surgeries or fractures within the past year.
